How many types of laser methods are there?
There are basically 3 types of laser methods: No-Touch Laser, Lasik and SMILE.
What are the differences between PRK and LASIK?
There may be burning and stinging for 2-3 days after PRK laser procedures and vision improves more slowly. But at the final point, vision would be at the same level in all laser methods.
There is usually no pain in LASIK surgery and it is a more comfortable method. Vision is usually between 80-100% on the 1st day after the laser procedure. The disadvantage is that dry eye is seen more commonly.
